We turned our dedication to caring for others, hospitality experience, passion for travel, and real estate expertise to focus on helping the fabulous vacation rental owners of North Idaho.
I spend my days caring for their properties and homes, proving both our guests and homeowners with unparalleled dedication. I get to work with amazing people from all over the world, and look forward to working with you.
What I Love About North Idaho
When I am not working, my family and I are in nature; flyfishing on the St. Joe River and alpine lakes, hiking Scotchmen’s Peak, and enjoying the shorelines of Coeur d’Alene Lake.

Hi, I’m Corey Kauffman, co-owner of Grand Welcome Sandpoint & North Idaho. I served in the US Coast Guard and Federal Policing before transitioning to owning and managing commercial and residential properties.
After years of vacationing in North Idaho, my wife Nicole and I decided to make our favorite place on the planet our home. Inspired by the area’s beauty and charm, we started our vacation rental management business to share this special region with others.
With a focus on detail and personalized service, we’re proud to help create 5-star guest experiences that keep visitors coming back year after year.

We are avid hikers, snowmobilers and kayakers but can often be found enjoying pizza at The Forge in Sandpoint, baked goods at the Gathering Place and Evans Brothers coffee.
